The SinglePoint product includes a centralized database of HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance information, and was built and deployed using software and technology from Microsoft, IBM (Cognos) and Amazon (Elastic Cloud Computing). SinglePoint provides full payroll/tax services to relieve employers of the burden of maintaining compliance with ever-changing regulations. SinglePoint’s open architecture empowers customers to choose solutions from dozens of companies providing talent acquisition, benefit enrollment, COBRA administration, FMLA administration and more.

SinglePoint is a d/b/a of Information Dynamics, Inc., a privately held company founded in 1970. In 2007, the SinglePoint brand was created to reflect: 1) the development and deployment of a single database, multi-tenant SaaS solution for HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance; 2) an insistence that SinglePoint customers enter information only once; 3) a commitment to becoming a single, comprehensive source of unified Human Capital Management solutions.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, SinglePoint services are deployed in organizations located throughout the U.S. and overseas. The client base represents nearly all industries including healthcare, manufacturing, food services, financial services, distribution, retail, transportation, wholesale, government and others.
