Multi-company/Multi-unit Design

SinglePoint was designed with multi-company, multi-location enterprises in mind. The system provides the ability to slice-and-dice access across the enterprise based on security rights. Users may search and report on information either within a specific business unit or company, or across the entire enterprise. You may also concurrently employ people in multiple companies while maintaining one common “person” record for items such as address, SSN, dependents, etc. Transfers between companies (FEINs) are easily accommodated.
